Another month has passed us by, where does the time go.We would like to thank the parents for supporting the weekly Half & Half the proceeds are accumulating for goodies for all

Skaters during Ice Revue week-end.

 

We would like to thank all those who participated in the Christmas

Catalogue Fundraiser. Sales were just over $3,000.00  Our next event is Skate-A-Thon, we are hoping to have a successful day this November 23rd, forms are in the process of being handed out, and Parents don't forget for $2.00 you can skate with the kids.

 

I would like to thank the ladies on our committee that gave up their evening

and helped out in the kitchen for the Oldtimers Hockey Tournament.  A Thank You to the Greenfield Park Oldtimers who graciously donated a Mountain Bike to the Figure Skating Club this Summer. Both myself and Patsy attended the Brian Morley Classic Golf Tournament in July where we sold raffle tickets for this bike.The Week-End of the Oldtimers Tournment the Skating Club was presented a cheque in the amount of $780.00. This money will go towards the Annual Banquet.

 

I have no new news yet for Ice Revue, but let me tell you we have lots of ideas.

 

Congratulations to all skaters who had a successful Test Night in October and Good Luck to all those who will be competing in the various competitions this month.

 

Once again we would like to remind Parents and Skaters that we will be participating in the door to door food pick up for the Christmas Baskets on Monday November 18th, we need drivers and skaters.
